Biography
Erica Miller is a dedicated community advocate, deeply passionate about fostering relationships, serving others, and promoting wellness in all its forms. With over 20 years of experience as a licensed marriage and family therapist, she has been a steadfast supporter of the most vulnerable, advocating fiercely for mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
Currently serving as the Manager of Employee Health and Well-being at GEHA, Erica leads the charge on all well-being initiatives within the company, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to the holistic wellness of employees.
In 2023, Erica was elected to the Lee’s Summit School Board of Education, where she continues to be a vocal advocate for mental health, special education, and teacher support. Her dedication extends to ensuring every child has access to the resources they need for success.
Beyond her professional commitments, Erica serves on the Board of Directors for both Hope Haven and Rings of Care. Hope Haven, works tirelessly to empower victims of domestic and sexual violence, providing them with the support and resources needed for healing and rebuilding. While, Rings of Care, helps foster communities that rally around individuals in need, offering education, guidance, and a plan for care.
In her cherished moments of leisure, Erica finds joy in spending time with her family, including her three incredibly active children. She also volunteers with two beloved organizations, Giving Hope and Help, and Coldwater Lee’s Summit, where she continues to make a positive impact within her community.
With her unwavering dedication and boundless compassion, Erica embodies the spirit of service and kindness, enriching the lives of those around her in countless ways.
